Trip.com is a really useful app, you get notifications about your bookings. There is information and tips to read about the place you are going. Discounts, scoring points... It's all so easy. My stay was fantastic! @ Forenom Lund, centrally located, everything within walking distance, own kitchen, bathroom and so much more. I will definitely continue to use this app! I'm already 'homesick' for my Z**** spot :')

False advertising at it’s finest. I searched for a place to stay in Lund before leaving London and found this place. after booking on AirB&B you get the supposed exact location. But this location was not in Lund, Eslov or Örtofta, it was a hostel in the middle of nowhere. Of course I found this out when i was already in the country. Isolated with no store around to get food or anything else you may need. I was on an express way near the Nordic Sugar Factory. The worst part was the spiders in the room and bathroom. There was spider and spider webs in my room when i came in. The company did not bother to check if the room was clean or not. We spent 30 minutes removing them and searching the room for more just incase. Tv was not working. The bathrooms were far away from the bedrooms, you have to walk through the hallway to go to toilet and bathroom. The hallway has no bright light. It looked cold, isolated and hunted to be honest. I had to check out the next day. I originally booked to stay for 4 nights but after the first night I couldn’t bare to spend the rest of my holiday in that place. Luckily for me I had people to stay with. Imagine if there was no one to take me in. I later found out that the company has another hostel in Lund, so when you book it comes up in the air b&b map as Lund, but you end up in the middle of nowhere outside Lund. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. This would have been a good ideal if the company was honest with exact location and letting people know they will be stuck in the middle of nowhere outside Lund. And cleaning the rooms, and making sure amenities are all working fine.

The location is great. There is plenty of space inside the apartment. TV could be somewhat bigger. The view to the courtyard is not very nice and it makes the room a bit dark. The key locks function OK, akthough it is not clear that you need to use the same code for both entrance, lift and room. Parking is quite expensive. The rule that you cannot get the room before 4 OPM is ridicuolous - and that you can pay almost 50% of the day/night price to get the room 2 hours earlier.

We booked apartments in advance on ***********. 2 adults and a 12 year old child. Paid for 3 people. Arrived - one double bed. Where to sleep the child is not clear. We call the Foren support service, they tell us that everything is in order. 3 days they called in Foren and Booking only then they gave a room with three beds. accommodation of a third person in another place is not compensated, the cost of mobile communications in roaming is not compensated. Not a single living person ever came out. No one even tried to solve our problem. First time encountered this. In addition, these apartments were highly rated either by those who lived in them for free, or by the owners themselves. There is black mold in the showers (photos are available), a sofa with a tattered and stained mattress. This is an apartment for those who need to spend the night very cheaply and still need to be careful and check if you can live in them. Again !!! there is no one on site to talk to and solve the problems that have arisen. We were only given a different room because our daughter came and speaks Swedish. Separate check-in at 16-00. They must be released at 11.00 (beyond this time, the door code simply will not work and it is impossible to enter) It's unseen!!! Grade 3. No more! Ни разу не вышел ни один живой человек. Никто даже не пытался решить нашу проблему. Впервые с таким столкнулись. Кроме того, высокую оценку этим апартаментам ставили либо те, кто жил в них бесплатно, либо сами владельцы. В душевых черная плесень (фото имеются) диван с изорванным и испачканным пятнами матрасом. Это апартаменты для тех, кому надо очень дешево переночевать и еще надо быть осторожным и проверять сможете ли вы в них жить. Еще раз !!! на месте нет никого с кем можно поговорить и решить возникшие проблемы. Нам дали другой номер только потому что пришла наша дочь, которая говорит на шведском языке. Отдельно заселение в апартаменты в 16-00. Освободить их надо в 11.00 (за рамками этого времени просто код от двери не сработает и войти невозможно) Это невиданно!!! Оценка 3. Не более!

3000 SERVICE CHARGE! Booked Forenom in Lund to visit our daughter 1 night. Chose the hotel because it had pet friendly offer on Booking dot com. (More expensive choice then REAL HOTELS). NO confirmation or advice if the room we were offered was good for dogs or not. Our dog stayed at my daughters apartment, BUT we were charged 3000 for cleaning!!! Even though the dog didn’t stay overnight!! Or no notification was sent OR, there is no clarity to to which rooms are which. COMPLETE SCAM TO GET CUSTOMERS TO PAY MORE! I’m sure I will get a response on Trustpilot, because I sure as heck don’t get a good response from the hotel itself. BTW you need to even bring your own soap! Absolute JOKE and way to raise profit.

First, the location is excellent (apart from the noise), and I can see how it fills a need for a temporary long-term stay in Lund, which is a small town and likely to have limited options for people who need a temporary medium- to long-term stay option. Also, the location is really perfect. You can walk anywhere and the supermarket is a block away. Bizarrely, however, in such a quiet town with minimal car traffic, the street it’s on is incredibly noisy. There seemed to be trucks either idling outside or backing up (with the beep, beep, beep) all day. There were angrily beeping horns and children screaming, it was strange. That’s not in the control of the aparthotel, but other things are. There was no decor, nothing on the walls in either the apartment or the halls and the walls are painted an odd dark green color. It feels depressing. The motion sensor lights in the hallways often don’t activate, so you are often walking down a dark windowless hallway using your phone to see, even in the middle of the day. There was a permanent low key rotting garbage smell. There were silverfish in the bathroom. One washing machine out of two was broken, with no sign warning of that. It filled with water and filled and emptied over and over. That’s all it did. It had apparently been like that for a long time. And it was dirty. How is a washing machine dirty? And the garbage room, where you have to bring your garbage and sort your recycling, well, don’t go in there without closed shoes on. It’s disgusting, with many creepy crawlies. It’s the second worst one I have ever seen. There seems to be no effort to keep it clean or tidy. Things were also missing or broken in the apartment - parts of the refrigerator, a lamp cover. Oh, and the bathroom had a lot of black mildew on the grout. The few times I saw someone who worked there, they were very nice, but there are usually no staff on premises. In sum, the aparthotel is in a great location and provides a needed service, but they could do much, much better. I left early. There is an inexpensive hotel next door. It’s a lot nicer.

Inadmissible, nous sommes restés bloqués à l'extérieur de l'hôtel à 3 reprises car le code d'entrée ne fonctionnait pas. Pour les joindre c'est très très compliqué voir impossible. Nous étions plusieurs clients à devoir attendre à l'extérieur qu'un client de l'intérieur nous ouvre. Quand nous avons enfin eu quelqu'un le Troisième jour, la personne nous a dit "oui la porte ne fonctionne pas il faut passer par derrière sur le parking". Il aurait été intelligent de le marquer sur la porte au lieu que nous attendions indéfiniment que quelqu'un nous ouvre. Nous avons envoyé un mail dès le premier incident, et nous n'avons toujours pas de réponse, déplorable la gestion des clients. Dommage car l'appartement est fonctionnel

What kind of apartment hotel is it when you rent out freezing cold rooms, you can't reach reception (only some guy in Finland) and have troubles using codes just to stay for the night? I can see you made a smart business plan saving money on staff and heat, but that makes this some kind of discount chain of no service housing hustlers!

The dishwasher was broken. After calling customer service it appeared that this problem was already known. They asked me to send an e-mail about it to get a compensation so I did but to no avail. Apart from the dishwasher, the fan in the bathroom was also broken as well as the coffee machine in the lobby. It takes 15KR for a cappuccino without milk but a lot of lukewarm water instead. Very disaapointing altogether.
