The hotel was very nice and clean. The breakfast was excellent. The staff was very professional really enjoyed my stay. I would stay there again if traveling through on pleasure or work.

Sheets didn't look clean. Stains on Sheets. Found empty cigarette pack on counter and pillows are old looking and not fluffy. Hallway outside the room smells like smoke, like someone just smoked in the hallway.

First room we reserved had a "dead door". Couldn't get the room type we reserved. Got moved to another room;keys didn't work. Side door to building didint work. No curtains in the room. Elevator didn't work.

The staff was awesome. Checkin was quick. They had someone call in sick but they worked together to make sure the breakfest time ran smoothly. The room was clean and cold when we arrived. Very smooth transition when we decides to stay an extra day.
There are several nice restaurants to eat at near by. North of hotel is Rikenjax, they have a delicious and affordable brunch menu and just South of hotel is Nice guy Ricks.
