這次來陸良辦事兒，就住了陸良温德姆酒店，真的太棒了！一進酒店門，就有工作人員特別熱情地迎上來。店長特別專業，説話讓人舒服，辦理入住的時候，仔仔細細地回答我各種問題，還告訴我周邊哪兒好玩、哪兒有好吃的，一下子就讓我對這趟行程有底了。房間新得很，啥東西都全乎，佈置得也温馨，床睡着特舒服，而且一點怪味都沒有，住着安心。酒店位置也很好找，出門幹啥都方便。酒店的飯也好吃，早餐有好多選擇，水果、麪包、熱菜、粥啥都有，味道不錯。正餐也厲害，當地特色和其他地方的好吃的都有，食材新鮮，做得也好吃，吃得我可滿足了。關鍵是，這酒店價格真不貴，花這點錢能住這麼好的地方，享受這麼好的服務，簡直太值了。我下次來陸良，肯定還住這兒，也推薦給大夥！

家鄉的酒店還是要支持下，我因到家已經2點鐘，怕打擾家人就近選擇入住這家，連鎖是首要原因，其次是攜程聲譽分高。這麼久離店後本來要給低分的，但是我從沒給酒店寫過差評這個行為拉住了我，還是家鄉的酒店；最終給了中偏上，滿分我點不下去。先從入住開始，我是提前電話過前台的，告知凌晨到店。客服告知會保留房間，到店已經很累了，結果前台給我推薦會員，告訴我加會員訂房便宜，衹要100多，就不要這麼高的房價了，還説有早餐券；我覺得沒有問題，連鎖都有自己的忠誠計劃，員工執行有業績也是好事，但是管理層是否要培訓什麼時候推會更合適。深夜我覺得不是很好的時間段。至於房費，我預訂肯定是選擇我能接受的，而且我已經預付費了。要真100多可能我也不敢住。你與其告訴我加入會員會便宜，不如告訴我：先生我們已提前為您房間打開空調調至舒適温度，請早點休息。這樣我更覺得房費值。雖然300多提出這個要求過了。不説夜床服務，但對客情商服務請管理層可以重視。其次衞生：我拿起浴巾看到一個很大的黑點，我就不放圖片了，實在不好看，我放到臟衣籃裏面沒用，最後用的我自己的一次性浴巾。説下退房，前台小姐姐提醒給我停車票超級好設施：房間輕智能，小度燈控比較方便，房間很大，但是我定的自然房建議設定一部分無煙房，我看到茶几上有煙灰缸，床頭櫃上有煙印感覺不太舒服。...
