房間空調壞了，十一點反映給前台，前台進去調了，晚上12點孩子熱了睡不着，看房間温度27℃，又向前台反映，客服去房間説再等等，等到凌晨一點，維修的去了，檢查了路線，説暫時找不到原因，讓我把窗子打開會好點，我打開窗子外面電閃雷鳴很吵，早上去退房，跟前台反映這個問題，前台態度極度差，還對我進行人格侮辱！
