I often frequent this hotel and I observe the movement, the attitudes and the entire restaurant but I am sorry to conclude that the service is not of quality, I notice that the workers are not happy and not jovial perhaps because the lack of motivation something which must be taken into account, the chairs often have stains this does not correspond to the standard of the hotel given that it is a 5 star hotel, I am really disappointed with all these form of negligence.
