The Wi-Fi was terrible. The three of us were in an executive room, but there was no executive lounge, which was inconvenient for us to talk. The restaurant took an hour to serve the food, which was expensive and not tasty. The three of us spent more than $100 for no reason. The $100 was a bit old, and the waiter asked me to change the money three times. There was no trust between us. The breakfast was OK, and there was a tree to feed the birds, which was a feature.

Very nice hotel, warm and thoughtful service, some rooms have views of the Congo River, nice swimming pool, restaurant next to the pool, rich breakfast, be careful of birds may snatch food from you, the ecology is very good, highly recommended!

4 there's no expectations, interms of hospitality. The staff needs attention to detail in terms anticipate in guest expectations. SSS Training need to be implemented to avoid guest complain a special international travel. I've worked with 5 stars and luxury hotels.

The restaurant l’étoile was a nice experience. The customer service was amazing, we had Christian serve us. They always checked on us to see if we were great. And they have buy one get 1 for free cocktails every Monday to Friday by 17h00 19h00 which is great.

Le service était exceptionnel et l'ambiance si calme et agréable. J'ai eu l'occasion de déguster vos grillades, et je dois dire que j'ai été conquis par leur saveur. Excellent service à la pailottes avec la sublime sarah et l’aimable Mr Giresse. This is the best place to be once in kinshasa, please don’t forget to enjoy their barbecue and their music band is enjoyable. Keep it up with the awesome service and music.
