The Wi-Fi was terrible. The three of us were in an executive room, but there was no executive lounge, which was inconvenient for us to talk. The restaurant took an hour to serve the food, which was expensive and not tasty. The three of us spent more than $100 for no reason. The $100 was a bit old, and the waiter asked me to change the money three times. There was no trust between us. The breakfast was OK, and there was a tree to feed the birds, which was a feature.

Very nice hotel, warm and thoughtful service, some rooms have views of the Congo River, nice swimming pool, restaurant next to the pool, rich breakfast, be careful of birds may snatch food from you, the ecology is very good, highly recommended!

What a wonderful experience!!!! My fourth time back to this wonderful restaurant and the food I must say is so delicious! The team serving me is so good and always very professional I am a big fan! Don’t hesitate to come try this wonderful spot!!!

I visited the bar l'ETOILE, at the BELVEDERE and it was a great experience. My first time to DRC. The manager, Danny and Christian, chef de rang- and the team were professional and welcoming. Thank you and see you again. ( Thursday, 14/08/2025)
