Hotel mocno średni. Pokoje tragedia połamana deska WC, ułamany zaczep od drzwi prysznica, spalona żarówka w szafie, niedziałające wifi, szlafroki tragedia. Prośba o większe szlafroki nie została zrealizowana mimo że powiedziano w recepcji że będą dostarczone. Upominanie się o papier toaletowy bo nikt nie donosi rano i dwa razy o obsługę kręgielni. Źle naliczona kwota za pobyt i brak informacji w restauracji o wykupionej obiado-kolacji (na szczęście udało się to wyjaśnić). Jedyny plus za SPA i panie tam pracujące oraz za jedzenie.

Interesting option when you like to spend most of time in the hotel,not in the hotel room. There is a lake, a beachm beach sauna, bowling swimming pool, in-door saunas, bilard and more. The hotel is surrounded by trees. Getting the parkin slot was rather stressful. Also busy breakfast wasn't the most relaxing experience

Hotel raczej na 3 gwiazdki. Byliśmy w okresie ferii, to trzeba było czekać 15 minut w kolejce na śniadanie i obsługa mówi, że nie da się nic zrobić. Jedzenie dobre. Bufet 100 zł za osobę, więc nawet nie próbowaliśmy. Woda w basenie zimna jacuzzi pełne. Ściany tak cienkie, że słychać wszystko dokoła. Masaże bardzo delikatne, więc właściwie nie czułam. Na plus piękna lokalizacja hotelu, miła obskuga

Czytając opinie (już po zarezerwowaniu) trochę się obawiałam, że trafimy do rozlatującego się hotelu. Zgadzam się, że hotel swoje lata świetności ma za sobą, ale było naprawdę przyzwoicie. Pokoje wizualnie pozostawiają wiele do życzenia, ale było czysto, więc nie mam się do czego doczepić. Bardzo dobre jedzenie, zarówno w formie bufetu, jak i z karty. Basen świetny. Chcieliśmy skorzystać z zabiegów w części SPA, które wymagały zapisów w recepcji SPA. Niestety, kilka dni z rzędu próbowaliśmy złapać recepcjonistkę, a również dzwoniliśmy bezpośrednio do obsługi - bez skutku.

Don't be fooled by the photo's as they are complete photo shop, nothing is as it seem's. We stayed for 5nights paid 900euro we would have got better quality in a hostel. And as for that dirty disgusting carpet all over the place that your feet stick to, i would rather walk in dog sh#t at least i know what it is that im walking on, do yourselves a favour and get rid of it. It's definitely not child friendly or family oriented, its a place where corporation events happen or groups of people get together to gang bang its disgusting walls are like paper and you don't feel safe at all sleeping with one eye open, and the double bed in room 135 omg the noise everytime you moved in it and you would have more comfort sleeping on broken glass, anyways i have no idea how this is a four star hotel, it should Be classed as a cheap tacky motel and people should not be charged 900euro of there hard earned money for such FILTH... and please dont pay for breakfast and eat elsewhere as you will be paying for different types of bread. Not worth your hard earned cash, and if you are letting your kids have ice cream have then take it out with a clean spoon as the ice cream scooper had been sitting in a diry jug of water for all the day's we stayed and never cleaned or moved disgusting.

Hotel położony wśród drzew, nad jeziorem. Atrakcje skierowane raczej do rodzin z dziećmi. Pokoje wymagają remontu, choć widać, ze sa czyste i niezle utrzymane jak na swoje lata. Basen średniej wielkości, temperatura dostosowana do dzieci(za goraco). W SPA bardzo miła obsługa, dobre zabiegi i kosmetyki. Sniadania zróżnicowane i dobrej jakosci. Dosc słaba restauracja a la carte-wybor i jakość posiłków. Hotel na jednorazowy wypad.
