RUHIGE LAGE IM WALDE. SEHR FREUNDLICHES PERSONAL AM EMPFANG UND SERVICEBEREICH. AUSREICHEND PARKPLÄTZE VORHANDEN. ZIMMER WURDE MIT ZWEI SCHLAFZIMMERN VERKAUFT, WAR NUR EIN WOHNZIMMER UND EIN SCHLAFZIMMER. DAS SOFA IM WOHNZIMMER MIT SOFA, NICHT ZUM AUSZIEHEN GEDACHT. DER EINDRUCK DES ZIMMERS ÄHNELTE EINER BAUERNSTUBE, KEINE KLINKEN AN DEN TÜREN SONDERN WIE EIN TÜR ZUM STALL. IM BAD LEIDER KEINE HEIZUNG. WIR HATTEN DAS HOTEL WEGEN DER SCHÖNEN AUSWAHL DER SPEISEN GEBUCHT, LEIDER WURDEN WIR ENTTÄUSCHT DA ES NUR BUFFET GAB WAS MIT 30 EURO AUSGEWIESEN WURDE. GETRÄNKE MUSSTEN ERWARTUNGSGEMÄß EXTRA BEZAHLT WERDEN. DIE AUSWAHL DER SPEISEN ENTSPRACH NICHT DEM PREISNIVEAU. KEINE KALTEN SPEISEN, WIE KÄSE ODER WURST. KEIN OBST. EIN HARTES KLEINES RUNDES BROT WAS MIT EINER SÄGE GESCHNITTEN WERDEN MUSSTE, DIE DRITTEN HABEN REICHLICH GEWACKELT. Pas de chauffage mi-octobre
Dommage qu.il n.y avait pas de chauffage dans la chambre. Pourtant nous sommes I’m-octobre et les nuits sont froides. La salle de bain est de l.ancien temps et pour un 4 étoiles nous espérions avoir un peu plus de confort

Das Hotel macht schon von aussen einen guten Eindruck. Renoviert und saniert ist es sehr angenehm. Wir hatten ein modernisiertes Zimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche und dem Waschbecken im Schlafzimmer um so einen grösseren Toiletten und Duschbereich zu erhalten. Sehr schöne Einrichtung, grosses Fenster, bequemes Bett. Solides Frühstücksbuffet. Leider lässt die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen. Fleckige Tischtücher beim Frühstück, überall rumstehendes Material ( reinigungswagen, handtüchertrolleys, etc) Das Personal ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend Das Schwimmbecken ist gross, renoviert und angenehm warm

Das Hotel hat seinen Charm, freundliche Mitarbeiter und ist sehr sauber. Leider war das Mobiliar im Zimmer sehr alt und abgeschrammt. Die Betten und Bettwaren waren neu und sehr sauber. Dafür konnte ich das Bad nur für das Nötigste nutzen. Es stank moderig aus dem Duschablauf. Es gab abends keine Gastronomie im Hotel, außer wenn man ein 3-Gänge-Menü buchte. Dafür war das Frühstück frisch, lecker und reichlich. Insgesamt war der Preis für die angebotene Leistung zu hoch. Sehr enttäuschend.

Sehr gutes Hotel .. Sehr sauber .... super Pool und Wellness Bereich... Großer Pool mit warmen Wasser also nicht eiskalt wie oft in Hotels vorhanden. Nur zu empfehlen ... Zimmer Sauber Frühstück sehr abwechslungsreich.. mit Lachs, Thüringer Wurst und Eier Speck und Würstchen ...

Wir waren mit 2 Kindern 3 und 4 Jahre. Die Kinder hatten eine gute Auswahl beim Abendessen. Der Pool bzw. kleines Hallenbad waren Top. Außenanlage war gepflegt und mitten im Wald. Das Frühstück war der Hammer. Die Auswahl war top und mit allem was ging.
