A functional, simple hotel with no atmosphere for an overnight stay. It is now showing its age and is out of date. For a 3* hotel, it should offer a bit more, but it is good value for money. The rooms are OK and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is very simple, with no great selection. Reception is not always open. We were allowed to check in early.

Great hotel, good location, various bus stations nearby, Mobility location, university, Migros, Palazzo Congressi. Friendly staff, coffee from the large espresso machine on request... Arcobaleno ticket for 5 days included. I like the 70s charm that the hotel has, e.g. the letters in the breakfast room. We were there in mid-August as a couple for 5 nights, for the 2nd time.

We looked for a hotel for our family stay that had 2 connecting rooms, each with its own bathroom. We found the Ceresio hotel and were thrilled. The positive surprise is the service that we did not expect, given the price. Rooms always clean and well-kept, staff always available for every need. Everything you need, just ask and they will provide it for you. Never felt like you were in the way, as often happens, even in 5* hotels that you pay dearly for, because you have children. Not to mention the excellent location. The good humor of the staff and the owner contributed to the success of our stay. I recommend it 100%

Habitaciones pequeñas. Necesitábamos dos llaves y nos dijeron que de eso nada, que nos las arreglamos con una. Estuvimos más de una semana y no nos cambiaron las sábanas. El wifi, lamentable, super lento. Acceso solo a un equipo por persona. El bufet del desayuno, calidad y cantidad muy justas.
