房間很大，住着很舒服，早餐很好吃，新鮮，房間面朝大海，還有陽台，站在陽台上看大海真的太爽了，服務很到位，下次還會再去的。

設施：總體比較陳舊。
衞生：枕頭毛巾不是太乾淨，房間裏還有蚊子。
環境：馬路對面有KTV，靠馬路的房間比較吵。離玄武山景區差不多1公里，步行十幾二十分鐘可以到達。
服務：前台的服務員很業餘，開退房辦事效率很低。

真心一般，這個價格太沒有性價比。重要的事放在心裡前面説：六樓KTV，晚上別想好好休息，直接送走。其他的缺點在這條襯託下就不算啥了，不過就是設施老舊，衞生一般：被子有些泛黃，浴衣帶子都快斷了…
