A lovely upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mountain home located 5 minutes from downtown Ludlow and Okemo Mountain Resort. Home features stainless steel appliances, a gourmet kitchen, granite countertops, 2 decks, private hot tub, working fireplace, 2 family rooms with flat screen TV's, wifi, and lots of natural sunlight. Home is nestled on a quiet road above town with direct access to hiking and snowmobile trails. Our home is perfect for summer and winter getaways, we also leave bikes, corn hole, board games, movies, lake toys, snow shoes, games, and movies for our guests to enjoy. There is also a an expansive deck which includes an eating area and then down a few stairs is the outdoor sectional and solo fire pit which then leads to the private hot tub. About pets:Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total).Pets allowed upon approval by owner.About checkOut:Check out before 10:00 AM.About children:Children allowed: ages 0-17.About checkIn:Check in after 4:00 PM.About smoking:Smoking is not permitted.About minBookingAge:Minimum age to rent: 18.About events:No events allowed.
