酒店環境非常棒，園林式酒店，樹木很茂盛，園區景色很美，別墅區每一間房都有私湯泡池，我們住的主樓，温泉是在公共區泡的，温泉水質很乾凈，酒店温泉好像沒有對外開放，衹針對了住店客人，所以安靜，環境好，水質乾淨。服務也很熱情，剛剛在酒店下單，前台小楊經理就聯繫了我們，告知了需要注意的事項，入住的時候小何和小康都很熱情，有問必答，下次到海螺溝還會選擇她們酒店
