衞生環境：也是最重要的房間乾淨整潔，私隱性非常好，居住體驗非常棒！很舒適，讓人很放鬆。
服務：非常非常好，從一下單，馬上就進行電話溝通。約定好抵到時間，管家改提前把暖氣打開，服務非常好，真正做到了賓至如歸。

海螺溝古道別院是一家充滿驚喜的民宿，住得很舒適，看到房間留言簿裏寫到民宿正在轉型期，所以認真地寫以下評價供大家參考，也給店家些許鼓勵。
【房間】格局很舒服，用的吹風筒、茶具、衞浴都是有品質的，衞生細節也不錯。
【服務】服務超級好，3個前台小姐姐都很熱情，供應咖啡和功夫茶，品質都是很不錯的，臨走前還讓我們打包咖啡在路上喝。
【零食和手信】歡迎水果是金桔、葡萄和聖女果，品質非常好，我們全部吃完了，誠意滿滿；出發前給我們準備了好多零食牛奶帶在路上吃，驚喜滿滿，還送了當地特產雪菊和手工杯墊。
【停車】民宿有自己的室內停車場，位置蠻多的，停車方便
【娛樂活動】一樓有各種棋牌、桌球，晚上可以在大堂喝喝茶玩玩遊戲。
【地理位置】步行到海螺溝遊客中心大概15分鐘，建議停車在民宿步行去遊玩。
綜上，非常推薦大家來海螺溝的時候住這家民宿。

坐落在海螺溝角下磨西古鎮，小院很美，木質結構，雖然不怎麼隔音，但也比較安靜服務很周到，入住時送了水果和特產、零食，很貼心。時值過年期間，沒有早餐，但每天會送牛奶麪包水果，鎮上早起也是可以吃到早餐。前台咖啡可以隨到隨做，熱情、細節，很好的一次入住體驗。
