Lobby - Entrance of the Hotel is just like a rooms used for hourly rentals Lift - So filthy & horrible that I really wanted to leave but no option in the night.
Rooms - Room was thankfully cleaned but Linens were again like a rags, it looks like that they have purchased from second hand auctions of some hotels. Sheet was thorny, I told them to change next but no action & when I complaint again then they managed to get one. towels were see through.
Buffet - Too short to call it a morning buffet, horrible & terrible.

Restaurant is under renovation and no dinner is offer, i have to ordered food from outside and also breakfast timings is from 8:30 onwards which is late

Booked this hotel via Agoda messaged the hotel via Agoda site requesting two extra beds. Clark hotel agreed. When arrived they wanted extra money for child single bed. Manager Shivel took advantage off us knowing we could not cancel hotel ones arrived, I contacted Agoda did not want to know even after showing screenshots of conversations on the website. AC full off dust ongoing building work which was not mentioned on website. Club on 5 floor which was not mentioned when I booked. Breakfast was same everyday. Stay away from Agoda and Clark Inn express Ludihanna

I booked this hotel for my official visit and, rooms are clean and maintained well the only challenge is breakfast needs to be improved.

The rooms were spacious, the amenities on other hand are average. The towels have blood marks, smelling room, dusty floor. Cleaning is done on walls only. Breakfast was not worth it. Poha and puri/chole is what is your breakfast and some pieces of watermelons. The restaurants in not functional, so you need to rely on outside food. And they will not provide cutlery, as the person holding the keys of kitchen always goes missing.

Hotel is so unhygienic lift was so dirty when complained hotel staff said it will remain like this since some work is going on. When wanted to order something they said we don not have kitchen, but while booking make my trip gave 25% discount on f&b.
