Can't park at easy place ....booked for gatherings ....in stay people have tough parking ...... reception madam is rude ....if you go as couple it seems as if u have committed crime coming here .....at time of id verification..... They need sign of both members ...I have visited so many places ....earlier jst needed one person to sign ........called 3 times from room for simple water bottle ....over 30 min ....pathetic service ....non welcoming behaviour ......not worth the money

First of all, I have checked in around 4 pm and still rooms were not ready and the rooms they gave having lot of cleaning and smell issues. I understand as property is old but still it can be maintained with good cleaning processes.Rooms were not having safety chain latch.
This was not enough, my bad I tried breakfast and that was the most pathetic food I have eaten in this year. OMG every single thing was disaster in unique way. Same feedback given to manager and sous chef. Not got anything good in responses.

To be honest I had a great experience with the hotel The Palm Court . The location of hotel was easy to find .staff were quite helpful and friendly. Food was hygienic and delicious. Moreover , the thing I liked most about this hotel was restaurant that was over the moon with live music.

I had an envelope which contained some money. While carrying my baggage, someone from the staff (either valet people or room service) stole my cash envelope from my handbag while carrying my luggage to the valet. Hotel manager was very on professional. I kept calling him regularly for 7 days asking for camera footage, but he kept making excuses initially and finally told me that he’ll get back to me in an hour. But he never called back and in the end stopped picking my calls.
