First of all room not clean and very small not good food doors r not working bathroom very smelly also staff is rude.totally waste of money

Rooms are good but services are below average.
Breakfast not delivered on time.
Breakast start Time is 7.30 am but chef comes till 7.45 then prepares breakfast

Stayed single. Hotel staff are very helpful and caring. However, facilities are mediocre with respect to toiletaries and cleanliness. But the location is great as it is on the sixth floor of the Pavillion mall. Food is little above average and served a bit shabbily.

My stay in the hotel room was truly wonderful. The services and room maintenance were commendable, and the room was quite clean and hygienic. The staff was courteous and always ready to assist. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant experience.

Very bad. Dirty environment. Chose and paid for garden view but got a room with construction view and garbage. Ac was not good. No reception number provided very bad experience
