At the time I booked a room I added breakfast ,but when I went for breakfast they served some optional items in the breakfast menu , I told him I needed a cold coffee he told you should pay for charges for cold coffee , If you mentioned in breakfast beverages why we need to pay extra charges?

I have stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, I am rating and reviewing based on the price range they are offering. The rooms are not the same as they have shown in the photos, The Property/rooms are refurbished so basically it looks very old and you might get the smell of wood polishing. Food & hygiene is good. but the bed's cushion is very bad, old non-replaced towels, toilet with mosquito's, no dental OR tea coffee kit. but rooms sizes are a bit bigger compared to nearby hotels. The extremely bad that I had with this hotel is they were kept on continuing the maintenance work with a hammer and drilling machine, they didn't stop it even after my complaint, they ruined my entire afternoon, I booked this hotel because of my sleeplessness nights and they just ruined it. Governing management should apply some common sense by keeping hotels vacant for maintenance work OR by offering guest rooms far enough away for maintenance areas.

room was not cleaned, washroom accessories not cleaned, room service and housekeeping not responded on call.

Very disappointed, I booked 5 adult with 2 rooms, but our one person not came so I want my refund of my one person but I not getting and not given any response from your side

I have booked a deluxe room and horrible experience. visible dirt/dust, stains, pest infestations, and unhygienic bathroom, rude staff, malfunctioning rooms - unable to switch off lights and a general lack of basic amenities. Doesn't deserve a single star. already did
