While check in and check out, the hotel reception people are saying they have received any details about the booking. So i have to wait some time there for clearing their doubts.

Most pathetic hotel i have ever stayed in. The reception check in took so long. They had no intimation of bookings. Checked in at 5pm n rooms was in terrible condition. Linen smelly. Curtains all fallen. Food trays all in alley. Was one of the worst stays in my lifetime. I should actually get a refund. Please send us the bills

Booked four rooms from United Kingdom.Stayed three weeks at this hotel.Every single person who works there, was kind, polite and very helpful.there are too many names to mention (here are few;Imtiyaz Feroz khan,Harman,Bagwant singh,Nidhi verma)Mr Paragat Singh (manager) very helpful.The receptionist (Preeti,Rajveer) went the extra mile, with customer service.Amazing delicious food cooked by the kitchen staff! Spacious bedrooms, with house keeping up to very good standard.Felt safe at all times, thanks to the 24hour outside security guards.We all enjoyed and loved this nice hotel. Without a doubt, will definitely come and stay here.If there is anything that I can complain about, it would be only, if more seating can be provided outside on the front on the lawn. Please definitely go and stay at this hotel ,you will not be disappointed .A big thank you to all the staff at this hotel, who made our stay very comfortable!

We were to stay 3 nights in this hotel and checked out after one. We have never stayed in such filthy conditions. I have been in bad filling station bathrooms with cleaner facilities. The sheets were terribly stained and had not been charged. The closet was filthy and had no hangers. The cabinet with the fridge was so filthy I would only put bottled water in the fridge. I couldn’t figure out why we had tea and coffee makings until I realized we were missing a hot water pot. Nothing had been dusted in quite a while. We attended an event and had to use a public restroom which had leaked all over and was in similar filthy conditions. I do want to complement the food and wait staff. They were very accommodating and food was very good. Do not stay here if you value a clean well maintained place. Sad as the place has such potential!
