We went to Lucknow to see a doctor at era medical College and stayed at this hotel ... The property is really very nice with big and comfortable rooms.... The staff is very helpful special mention to Mr. GOVIND....

Stayed here during my official visit, the rooms are very nicely done, room size is big and they are clean and comfortable. The breakfast served here is elaborated and good food quality. I would definitely recommend this property.

Don't go by the online picture. Totally deceiving. After seeing fancy pictures on internet, we fell prey and booked. We were in real shock after reaching the hotel and seeing the condition. Rooms were in pathetic shape. No cleanliness. Towels, Bedsheets, Bathrooms all were very dirty. Bathroom was not cleaned. Pots and washbasin counters were not cleaned. There were gutkha/paan spit marks all over the room and bathroom. Bathroom was not cleaned. Pots and washbasin counters were not cleaned. To change our room, we saw around 5 more rooms - sadly, all had same bad condition. No breakfast counter. Food to order, that too in limited options. We had Toast and Tea. That's all. When you are charging money and claim to be a chain of nicely maintained economical hotels, live up to your claims. Extremely disappointed by choosing this hotel.

Nice hotel with clean and neat room. Bathroom is also quite clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable but they should improve linen quality. Breakfast was decent. Staff were amazing and provided quick services

The room was so good and the bathroom the bed and the entire things best of best we are thinking that we are considering so much and loyal one we are happy to tell our friends and siblings to stay..That was a good experience
