Cama mal arrumada, lençóis e fronhas amassados, parecendo já usados. Não havia cobertor disponível. Móveis com desgaste e sem manutenção, chuveiro entupido, em péssimo estado. O quarto não tinha cheiro de limpeza, e o frigobar cheirava mal. O que salvou foi unicamente o café da manhã que estava a contento, apesar de a máquina de café não funcionar direito.

It's an old place that needs a revamp and cleanup of all their facilities, from linen to toilets. Bedsheets and towels are old and torn. I had booked for 2 days, wanted to cancel for the second day, and did not get any support from mm t either. We book through mm t to avoid such situations otherwise we can always go directly.

The room was clean and tidy. The staffs were very courteous and was good in hospitality. Room service is excellent. The old grandeur is maintained well overall ambience good. Food was good.

Property is located in congested area but with ample space for parking, food is overpriced with average taste, cleanliness is poor, bathroom is not in good condition, foul smell from room, ac without remote, service is average, no one is there to pick-up your luggage.

Péssima experiência. Quarto foi entregue sujo. Ar-condicionado não funcionava. Troca de quarto meia noite. O novo quarto o ar-condicionado também não funcionava e não possuía cobertas nem no quarto nem na recepção (buscamos do outro quarto). Toalhas com mal cheiro. Decepção total.
