Wrong informations at site. Restaurant not available. Tea kit not available. Packed drinking water not available. TV connectivity not good. Sleeper not available. Bathroom very dirty. Housekeeping poor. Bedding not good and dirty. Shaving kit not available. Only staff behaviour and response is good.

Room ac was fixed at 18 c and fan speed fixed at 5 point. The washroom does not clean properly everywhere. The receptionist was very rude. No complentry break fast. They yo y can change anything from menu upto 250 for 2 person. And in there menu pratha combo is in rs. 220, how it is possible? to have breakfast for 2 person

Tv was not working. I have asked to start this but said it will be operational next morning. Although location is good but hotel rooms are not maintained.

Struggled for basic amenities like, - no wi-fi. - checked in for 2 pax however, towel and soap was provided for only one pax. - only one charging point was available in a deluxe room. - hygiene in the washroom was pathetic. - hotel staff is not professional.
