Concerned, yet not over-pushy, Gentle, yet firm, Graceful, yet prompt, Efficient and Effective. Great hospitality. Special mention goes to Sharath and Sudhir in the restaurant. They made my day...both with Dinner and Breakfast. Hats Off.....

Lovely property reminiscent of the Old World Charm, set amidst the fast-paced new part of the city. Outstanding staff, providing a standard of hospitality that is par excellence. Very well appointed rooms and the quality of housekeeping is excellent. Great ambience at the Bar and delectable cuisine served at the Restaurant, which once again, is manned by very courteous and efficient F&B staff. Overall experience-true to the Spirit of the Taj!

Had been there with my friends.....the food was good, also the ambience of the hotel is fabulous. The staff is also very polite. Had a trouble there but it was well handled by Miss Arohi from the reception. Had a lovely experience. Thank you so much.

The GM Vinod Pande and his staff gave us the best stay possible. On our both stays, our room had welcome back written in Rose Petals. Given the best suites and staff unreal. Pooja flowers were given to us every morning at 0615. Sharda Singh in the restaurant made feel at home and he suggested our menus. We ate all different vegetarian dishes from different States. My Daughter, Son in law, wife could eat all suggested foods. Every morning our ending was baked sweet yoghurt with different seeds. Especially, Yogesh in the restaurant made we were seat the our best table and his planned our menu with Sharda. All restaurant staff honoured us. Poonam from House keeping kept refreshed and her staff ensured nothing was amiss. Reception staff respectful and very friendly. All section managers made sure our stay was best possible. I participated in the gathering for memorial for Ratan Tata and was honoured to speak about Ratan ji. On Departure we were presented with farewell deepawali gift and with fare well cake. Vinod Pande ji, thank you very much for all you did, and please pass our best regards to all your staff. The Doormen Ajay with all the security people made us very welcome. We actually got the Royal Treatment and it seems we were leaving a valued family behind on our departure

Our stay at Taj Mahal Lucknow was an awesome one. The amenities were very nice and clean. All staff at this fantastic hotel were very friendly and always willing to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The kitchen staff deserve a very hearty thanks for making us indulge in a wide range of delicious cuisines (special thanks to Sharad and Yogesh). And finally a big thank you to the General Manager Mr Vinod Pandey for making our stay a very memorable and enjoyable one.
