Conveniently located near the metro station. The food at the restaurant is quite delicious. It's also nice to have a mini bar (sweets and drinks available for a fee) in the room.

Charges for mini bar has been taken later during checkout. The same was never mentioned while check in. Hotel management was rude during check out and no staff was present at reception during late check in. I would not recommend the hotel to anyone.

Excellent central location at hazratjang especially when one wants to shop for lucknows special goods....womens wear. Both the rooms and washrooms are very clean . The beds are very comfortable. Excellent spread for breakfast. Staff are courteous and well behaved. Cost of the room maybe a little steep, maybe the Mahakumbhmela effect. Overall rating very good even at this price considering the acute shortages of good rooms during this period of the Mahakumbhamela

The hotel is a the prime location and that is the only pro it has. The service is very slow and the rooms are not well maintained. I could literally see the flooring panels come out in my luxury room(which is the highest grade room they have). The worst was the constant dragging of furniture in the night by their workers at the restaurant. I couldn’t sleep even for an hour in my 2 night’s stay. I would recommend to stretch your budget and go for a better place like Radisson or Holiday Inn.

What views! Restaurant on 7th floor was stunning. Kind staff. The breakfast is worth getting out of the room for. Plenty of restaurants nearby so busy roads surround the property. They are remodeling outside so check before on possible discount.

Hotel Gemini is an oasis. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the bed was like a cloud, and the food was fantastic Indian fare. The staff was very helpful in finding us a car to Varanasi on short notice, and accommodated us with a late check out while waiting. We could t have had a nicer stay. Thank you!

Maine Hotel Gemni continental mein ek raat ki stay ki, aur yaha anubhav bahut hi sukhad aur yaadgaar raha. Hotel ka staff bahut hi sahyogee aur madadgar tha. Unhone mere har sawaal ka jawab diya aur mere liye har cheez mein madad ki.

All though the hotel was under going renewation it was very well managed. The staff were warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless stay.
We were traveling with our aged mother and the staff was very helpful.
The hotel is wheel chair friendly with ramps and lifts.
The room was, modern due to the renewation, with a comfortable bed and amenities. The hotel's location is centerly located and perfect for exploring, with easy access to the metro and local attractions.
The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste.
Over we had a pleasant stay.

Hotel was in prime location, food is awesome, free bf excellent, stay very good. Very comfortable stay, only had little problem as did a late check in, but was sorted out. Staff very good.
