The hotel provides exceptional service, spacious and clean rooms, and a perfect location with ample parking. Guests appreciate the delicious breakfast and well-equipped gym, pool, and spa facilities.

Overall not a good experience. Cleanliness was not maintained considering such a branded hotel. Toilets were not clean Service was not active and even not available at times They did not hand over my bill

I really didn’t like this hotel. It was not overly clean and felt dated and not aimed at tourist stays The lift broke on 2 occasions during our stay and there were many power cuts The bar area refused to allow us a drink on one afternoon as it catered for a family event and was therefore closed to other guests. We therefore had to go to a rooftop pool area outside when it was cold and windy, and it was filthy. We had to clean the table ourselves before we sat at it. We also were swamped by people attending a conference and there was also an education / exam event on our room floor, which meant we had to be silent and people were walking up and down the corridor extremely early The staff in the restaurant often didn’t understand what we were requesting in English and the food in the buffet restaurant was poor The bedroom was not very clean, the bedding had stains on it and I didn’t find the bed comfortable I would not stay at this hotel again, it needs improvements and is no where near 4 star, especially if compared to other countries.
