Golden Tulip Lucknow

Great stay with pool, gym & buffet breakfast right at Hussain Ganj Metro Station. Close to Hazratganj Metro Station and Lucknow JN. Rooms were a little outdated, as everything within the hotel facilities

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

Reasonable value hotel. Clean. Check in staff and restaurant staff were helpful. Near a v busy road so.noisy. room is clean but some signs of staining on chairs and tables

Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has pathetic service and housekeeping. Their inhouse restaurant Branches has a very poor servicing staff and it clearly reflects that there is no regular training or orientation practise as they clearly lack the professional touch of the hospitality industry. The managers in black coats are nothing but watchers with no touch of service or courtesy. The air conditioning of rooms is fixed by the management and you cannot change it. The warm water temperature for bathing is also fixed by the management. Golden Tulip is a good brand but the Lucknow experience needs a quality and professional inspection or upgrade. Would not recommend it in its current state.

Overall not a good experience. Cleanliness was not maintained considering such a branded hotel. Toilets were not clean Service was not active and even not available at times They did not hand over my bill
