Golden Tulip Lucknow

Reasonable value hotel. Clean. Check in staff and restaurant staff were helpful. Near a v busy road so.noisy. room is clean but some signs of staining on chairs and tables

Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has pathetic service and housekeeping. Their inhouse restaurant Branches has a very poor servicing staff and it clearly reflects that there is no regular training or orientation practise as they clearly lack the professional touch of the hospitality industry. The managers in black coats are nothing but watchers with no touch of service or courtesy. The air conditioning of rooms is fixed by the management and you cannot change it. The warm water temperature for bathing is also fixed by the management. Golden Tulip is a good brand but the Lucknow experience needs a quality and professional inspection or upgrade. Would not recommend it in its current state.

Overall not a good experience. Cleanliness was not maintained considering such a branded hotel. Toilets were not clean Service was not active and even not available at times They did not hand over my bill

The stay was quite good and the staff were really helpful, polite and professional. This was my third visit to the hotel and I have a really good experience everytime I visit the place. The rooms were really neat, clean. I will refer my friend to stay here.

It was a delicious food, lovely and friendly staff members 😊 cozy music the service was prompt, and the ambiance added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended! Excellent service and a cozy ambiance made the experience memorable!

Had a very pleasant stay. Close to all main attractions. Most admired the hospitality of the staff. They went out of their way to prepare dish on request for my kid, even when it was not on their menu. Special mention and thanks to Ms. Sita and the complete team at the restaurant, who were very helpful and generous. Would love to stay again on my next visit to Lucknow.
