Saaf safai ka dhyan nah-in diya gaya tha bedsheet vagaira sab gandi thi room ki service bhi theek nah-in thi. Koi photo thodi nakhej ke rakhta hai ki kaya kaise hai kaya nah-in aapane response poochha isliye main bata raha hun

Sleepers are not provided and the hotel washroom is small and their tap is not working properly and hotel staff also demand extra money it is a very bad experience to stay in this hotel

The overall experience to stay in hotel shelter was below average. The room was full of smell of dampness. I wanted to take bath in early morning at around 6 am. When i asked to switch on their water heating system, they denied to switch on the system and said that the heating system can be switched on only after 7 am. Instead on switching on the heating system, they provided a bucket of warm water. This experience was really disappointing.

The staffs were good and humble. But the rooms were very pathetic (stinky, water leakage from washroom, shady, stained bedsheets. The complimentary breakfast was also very bad. The location of the property is good that is near to the station and nearby there is a market as well.
