I stayed at The Regnant for one night in a Club Room (King Size) and overall had a great experience. The room was spacious, well-designed, and perfect for both relaxation and work. The table and comfortable chairs provided a good workspace, and everything in the room was neat and clean. The hotel itself is well-maintained and conveniently located — close to the city center, railway station, markets, and restaurants, which made moving around easy. I had requested an early check-in and late checkout, and the hotel accommodated both without any issues, which was highly appreciated. Cons: The front desk staff could have been more polite; at times, they felt a bit arrogant in their approach. Also, only one access card was provided, and it seemed slightly damaged, which caused some inconvenience. Overall, aside from these minor issues, I would recommend The Regnant for its comfortable rooms, cleanliness, and excellent location.

Pathetic service! Visited twice—both experiences were terrible. AC didn’t work, staff was extremely rude, and reception felt like a shady OYO. Zero professionalism, no value for money, and absolutely no basic courtesy. They promise welcome drinks and good service, but no one even bothers to offer drinking water—forget about the welcome drink! The hotel staying is worth which i give 3 star.

Pros - Rooms are very good and spacious. Nice decor with good interior. Breakfast preparation is very tasty and delicious. Cons - No Welcome drink. No warmth at the time of arrival. No Nonveg in breakfast. Even people are not interacting with customers from their side in case somebody need something. Gym not functional. Swimming pool maintained properly. No signage of restaurant after exit from lift at 1st floor. No signage available for Spa inside hotel & lift, while it is available there.

Excellent ambience, great service and food, good staff behaviour. Sh Ajay Mishra is very courteous and helpful person, he take full responsibility for customer satisfaction, I will definitely recommended this hotel to my friends and relatives
