Horrible place. Must avoid. This is managed by an arrogant manager who is not fit to be in the service industry. Approach is stingy, rude behaviour. Don't deliver what they promise or confirmed by Fab hotels. They don't follow any Covid protocols. The staff doesn't wear masks. Rooms are not cleaned , leave alone sanitisation. We had to escalate to Fab Hotels for their intervention as they even threatened to refuse us stay at night. So much for the 'Tahzeeb' of Lucknow. Don't touch this hotel with a barge pole.
