Really nice, comfortable room overlooking a school playground. Staff tried hard and mostly succeeded. Restaurant was surprisingly good!

The rooms had been quite good . Good care by housekeeping staff . Late night service at the reception was outstanding. The breakfast varieties could have been better considering the cost and overall standard of the hotel. The commitment at work displayed by few staff like Shikha is appreciable .

The hotel has been fine . Sikha and her co staff have been terrific . Particularly during breakfast she has been quite helpful. Hotel laundry services are great and so is the cleanliness . The only problematic part has been wi-fi . Rest it has been great experience.

This hotel is lovely. With an old-fashioned charm, it is a great change from generic modern hotels. All the team worked hard to make things run smoothly for us e.g. quick laundry turn-around, good room service. Particular thanks to Umesh in the restaurant, who was very attentive and made sure that meals were tailored to our taste. Recommended!

The provision of extra bed 🛌 is great without any extra cost, my daughter got super happy to see a proper bed for herself in the room. The food is just delicious especially the Daal vada and sambhar & variety of steamed veggies. Overall a comfortable and nice stay at Sarovar ! The Hotel stay was nice, very polite and hospitable staff. Beds were soft and need some changes as we were not very comfortable in lying on the soft mattress. Breakfast needs some betterment. Location of the property is great, It's very close to all monuments, shopping areas and away from the heavy traffic zones.

The best hosts in Lucknow. The Aveenendra was so nice, gave service with a smile. Chef Harsh’s food was outstanding. His recommendations were on point. The matar ka nimona is my favorite. The terrace is lovely in the evening to chill with friends. A great experience.
