Pathetic Experience. Prices Charged was Extremely High. They do not have coordination of their own prices. It was so embarrassing at check out time when they asked for extra amount as they said we have paid less. Instead We already had discussed the prices over the chat. Receptionist were very Rude. They acted like they are doing a favour on us for letting us stay. This was not only us feeling disappointed but there were other customers as well. At night around 9Pm I had to ask 4 times just a for a water bottle. Definitely not coming back at this property.

The hotel is beautiful, very comfortable and clean rooms. The location is great, just a few blocks from city centre. The staff is very friendly and polite, specially Shikha Singh who did a wonderful service during our breakfast! I Will come back!

A well located hotel where, as a solo woman traveller, I felt totally safe. The room was very well appointed and the hotel was spotlessly clean with kind and friendly staff. Loved the rooftop terrace,; a great place to read in the afternoons. Breakfast was delicious with a wide choice of Western/ Indian, hot and cold. The room was provided with the most gorgeous toiletries! A special mention must go to Ankit who sorted my transfers and kept in touch via What's App making sure I was safe and happy without ever over doing the concern and Shikha Singh who made dure I was well cared for in the dining room.

We had a good stay . I appreciate the food quality and presentation for awadhi cuisine. Certainly I ll recommend to my friends and colleagues. Breakfast was really nice and elaborated. Thanks SAROVAR team for assisting us. Thanks to Abhishek ji & Karishma .

Good comfort while on business. Excellent rooms and cleanliness. The hotel is right in the center of the shopping district making it convenient for a business travellers. It is a great blend of heritage and modernity. I would also give full marks to the food and service here.

We spent one night in this nice hotel with clean room, comfortable bathroom, friendly staff and tasty breakfast. Located in a quiet area, conveniently located to walk to the city center. Thanks to Ms. Karishma, Mr. Akash and the hotel porter for the courtesy.

Highly recommend place to stay good food and nice and clean room bathroom as well . Best room service provided.. food option are good and testy as well.Dining is awesome. Special thanks to Avneendra for arranging the food on demand considering my fast time....
