I went to Lucknow for a business meeting so stayed for 2 nights. I am amazed with this great Hotel and great hospitality in such budget. Even though it's a 3 star property but room, facilities and staff makes it 5 star experience. Also, it's in the heart of the City with easy accessibility to major area. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone who plans to visit Lucknow.

Hot water not available, room service is poor , replying wrongly on phone. Food is ok . Kitchen assistant is poor.

Friendly customer service. Room is very neat and refreshing. Continuous hot water.
Due to the location of the room, the exhaust fan in the bathroom may have not been possible to install. After taking hot shower the room was foggy.
Other than this minor inconvenience, it's a good place to stay.
