One of poor stays at ginger. The room i booked a twin bed they are not alloted. No room service. Poor front desk service at reception. Even room and washroom maintenance is so poor

Location is prime. Aminities are good. And services are really promp. This is my 3rd stay to this hotel

I asked them for queen bed, but they denied. Instead they were hell bent not to offer me this. And purposely they said we have no other rooms left.

We enjoyed the breakfast served at restaurant......... Staff were highly cooperative and helpful.... Manager Prashant and staff kanhaiya were so nice 👍..... Ginger hotel is neat and clean and stay was soothing for us.... Wish again to visit soon.....

Excellent, I mean in Gomati Nagar lucknow it is a excellent hotel to stay and for food, if I have to refer any any to stay in lucknow so it will be Ginger hotel Staff and all the hotel members was very good and calm, will visit again if I come to luvknow
