The food is good.. but the staff is too good. On request the breakfast was customized for us.. the service of Prashant and Rajiv is too good. Staff is supportive and calm. Rooms are small but properly sanitized and cleaned. I enjoyed the stay.

Miss akshara and tahir at reception at very good he and she giving smooth check in and check out had a good experience. Thanks to akshara she helped me a lot I doesn't know how to book workation room at website and tahir was helps to check out overall helpfull staff

Dinesh and bablu, the cleaners are very good. Very nice attitude, the hotel was amazing would definitely recommend for others. Situated in the heart of Lucknow, very nice ambience and service. Amazing experience overall. Would definitely.
