Worst Inroom and in Restaurant experience. This is despite raising the issue with Mr Robin. The F&B manager. The service is extremely bad. Both in the restaurant and in the room. No one bothered to come to us. I kept waiting and waiting, both for giving the order and waiting for the food. No one bothered. When I asked that the food be sent to my room. The service was even more bad. The food was bad and cold. Presentation worst. Soup is just half a small bowl. By the time they replaced the "parantha" (which was undercooked)the vegetable dish I had ordered had become cold. The didnt warm it. The people are untrained and dont deserve to be part of the brand.

Great overall experience. It extends so much comfort that I love coming back in this when ever needed. I recommend all who are traveling to Lucknow to just look for this location. Lucknow boasts of all Great hotels but this one si mply outstanding.
