Great location, metro is close by and you can easily reach Airport. It’s a good property but looks like completely mismanaged. Issues are - No hot water in the room inspite of multiple reminders - tap water in the wash basic no hot water - in washbasin water gets clogged - one my colleague got locked inside the Wash room he wrote the reviews on google it seems - in the restaurant on the 1st floor no AC cooling. Too many issues. Staff can’t take any decision and General Manager is not easily reachable. I will never stay again here.

Was good and convenient stay. You can choose this if you want to stay in the heart of lucknow. Staff is very polite and good.

The hotel is very centrally located. Room size is excellent. Staff is courteous and very well groomed and trained. Our various requests were catered with a smile and these small things make a lot of difference between a good hotel and an excellent hotel. We had gone by self drive and comfortable parking facility was made available to us. And last but not the least, the only meal we had was breakfast and the spread was very thoughtful and healthy.

Very nice and clean, very nice behaviour.satisfied with overall service. Could add a hand shower in the bathroom, it's useful for elder parents and kids. Located at the central of the city, it's easier to move anywhere within the city. Overall very good experience

1) foul smell in bath room: in my bathroom, there was a foul smell continuous which was due to leakages and the part of the floor was wet always. Informed them multiple times bit they just sprayed room freshener which didn't do the job. Manager or any senior person did not bother to meet or address the issue. 2) the room size is good but not maintained. Mattress was smaller than bed and was not ergonomic, you tend to hurt your toes and knees
3) floor carpet was old/dirty
4) room service is good, food is also okay. 5) stayed for two days but i wish i could get a return of money spend as its not worth it.
