The services provided by the hotel were highly unsatisfactory. The food quality was poor, with dishes lacking taste and freshness. The staff's behavior was unprofessional and irritating; during the workshop, they repeatedly reminded us about the checkout time, despite me already being aware of it, which disrupted the experience. Additionally, the lift was not functioning properly, causing significant inconvenience. Overall, the combination of poor food quality, subpar services, and unresolved maintenance issues made the stay very disappointing.
