Hotel's location and rooms are quite nice. But basic facilities do not work properly. Staff is quite careless as everyday we had to remind them to refurbish supplies.

Service and response was very poor even after repeated requests. Even the senior team did not respond.
TV did not work most of the time. Used toiletry was kept.
No discount was given on the food bill even after the offer was there.

Property is new and good, but, they have no acoustic insulation. There were two functions marriage & engagement. The hall was right infrint of my room the loud noise of amplifiers troubled in night. Junior staff was concerned and offered to change room but, manager wasn’t allowing them to do the same. Breakfast had no variety, all three days same menu same taste (tasteless actually) shower was not working and hot water in bath used to flow only after 08:30 am. In wall mounted cistern to flush wc small lite flush ****on wasn’t working
