I have stayed at hotel pinaka inn for the period 19 dc to 23 dc due to my children got admitted in the hospital nearby this property. On 21 dc my children discharged from the hospital so i have to check out on 22 dc morning. I asked the hotel staff for my partial cancellation i. E. 22-23 dc but the told me that no partial cancellation is allowed at their hotel however on mm t there is an option awailable of partial cancellation.

Hotel staff was very courteous, bathrooms were cleaned and with all necessary toiletries, hotel could have improved in breakfast quality, they may offer buffet, rest things are okay, location is also accessible

experience was very bad, the foods we ordered they were taking more than a hour to deliver , the staff who delivered it was so rude, even on saying in a polite way he showed lot of attitude and the tone was next level. Room was good but staff behaviour was terrible and the time they took for food delivery was like as if we will die by hunger.
