We had booked Renaissance via Trip.com and the hotel hospitality was worth appreciation. The breakfast lunch and dinner were a treat to taste buds. The staff was cooperative regarding any service de***ded. It's a place worth coming again...

I had a very nice stay at Golden Tulip. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable with my wify and kids this hotel all the amenities possible for the comfort of the guest early I was looking for decent place for my stay in Lucknow and I was surprised with all the amenities hotel staff and reception room service staff people in dinning area were very friendly and helping nature . This hotel has swimming but due to winter season I couldn't use it

We stayed here for more than a week. It's a nice a place to stay peacefully. All the basic amenities are available. Breakfast and dinner buffet are great with variety of options of veg and non-veg, especially the mutton biryani. Service is also upto the mark. B.K. Singh from the restaurant is wonderful at his job, very helpful and courteous. All the best.

The property is excellent. Front desk was good. Housekeeping was good. Food in the restaurant was also good, although we found one or two dishes getting rotated back. Some small fixes required --- The washbasin tap needs a pressure-valve and a better nozzle, because the clothes got drenched a few times. The tap angle is such that the water falls directly on the stopper and spills all over. Also, the bath area should also have a tap outlet instead of just a hand shower and head shower.
