Das Hotel hat 4 Sterne, warum ist unklar. Die Einzelzimmer sind sehr klein, die Doppelzimmer von der Größe her ok. Die Einrichtung ist Standard, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gibt aber kaum Alternativen in diesem sehr abseits gelegenen Ort Lüchow. Allerdings ist das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ok. Ca. 80 Euro inkl. Frühstück und Parken. Das Frühstück ist allerdings nicht überzeugend, scheinbar eine große Auswahl, aber alles nur Billig-Lebensmittel. Der Service ist gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Service und Geschäftsgebaren des Hotels sind unserer Meinung nach sehr schlecht. Privatreisende bzw. Wochenendbucher werden nicht angemessen behandelt. Am 26.12.22 hatten wir für den Zeitraum 07.01.23 bis 10.01.23 ein Zimmer im Hotel Katerberg gebucht. Die Frist für eine kostenfreie Stornierung lief bis zum 05.01.23, 23:59h. Das Frühstück wollten wir im Hotel flexibel buchen. Viel zu spät, erst am 06.01.23, ca. 11:00h, also deutlich nach Ablauf der Stornierungsfrist, teilte uns das Hotel telefonisch mit, dass am Sonntag, 08.01.23, kein Frühstück im Hotel buchbar sei. Das Hotel konnte uns keine Alternative anbieten und wollte uns in keiner Weise engegenkommen. Mit diesem Geschäftsgebaren sind wir nicht einverstanden.

Ich war mit meiner Familie dort und es war sehr schön Rezension war sehr freundlich und abends dann im Restaurant lumen gegessen vor Ort war der Chef auch da und war sehr lieb zu uns ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen und komme gerne wieder Mit freundlichen Grüßen
