The hotel service attitude is terrible. When booking the room, it was written that children are welcome to stay, but when we arrived, we were charged an extra 53 Swiss francs per person. My room was upgraded to a bigger room with two single beds. The service was very good and the room was clean and neat. Everything seems quite new. It takes about 8 mins to walk from the train station or bus station so a pretty good location by the beautiful lakeside. Nothing to complaint about!
