The room is simple and comfortable. What I like most is that the hotel can borrow bicycles and fenders for free. We booked a two-hour boating trip, which was so fun on Lake Lucerne.

One of my favorite hotels in Switzerland! The room is very big and clean! The lake view is superb and the sunset is beautiful. When I woke up in the morning, the snow-capped mountains and the lake came into view. Everything was exceptionally beautiful! The hotel staff are very warm and friendly. After checking in at the front desk, they will take me to the room for a tour and explain everything. It is especially warm and kind! There are various sports facilities in the public area, which you can use by yourself. The hotel has two restaurants, where you can book dinner. The dishes are also very special. The service attitude is really good, which makes people really feel the romance and warmth of the vacation. If I come to Lucerne again, I will stay in this hotel again without hesitation! .
