Lobby smelled like pee. Room was not clean as it would have been. Floors felt dirty like needed to be steam cleaned. Tub wouldn’t drain. The tub needed lots of repairs. Rust around the drain. Corners rusted and cracking. Shower head didn’t spray very well. Found someone else’s hairs in shower curtain. Bathroom faucet was nasty. Room smelled like mildew. Beds had stains on sides. Will never stay here again. Cost was extremely high for nasty accommodations. Not like other Holiday Inn’s friendliness.

The room: bed sitting area was clean. :) The bathroom needed work: The shower / bathtub needs scribing. The towels and wash clothes were dirty. :(

The past 3 years we have stayed here 5 times and this time was the worse ---- the heating/AC unit was very dirty (tracked down a cleaning person and asked them to reclean. We had to re-clean the room - Tub and lavatory do not hold water. The rooms just need a major overhaul - I understand as well that there is a help problem -- they are doing renovations but seems like just the outside not the inside. Sorry we have loved this place - but this last time was not good.

Well i had to try and check in the room 2 times. My resuvation was at 3pm so i arrived at 3 and the room was not ready.(very frustrating) i had a wedding rehersal to attend and could not even get a shower before going. The room was cleaned when we was finally able to get it. So we did check in about

Wasn't good black mold in bathtub on caulk. Air-condition made noice when ran. Shower head falling off and rusty.

This has to be my worst experience ever with a hotel, from the moment I walked in it smelled like animal urine. When I got my room key for the 3rd floor, it smelled just as bad, I get into my room, and the smell was even worse. It was late when I checked in, so I showered and tried to sleep. The room smelled of mildew, the bed felt damped. I had to sleep with my shirt wrapped around my face, due to the strong smell . I called the office in the morning, and asked to be moved to a different room and was told I had to wait for a clean room. I decided to check out instead of staying for my second night that I booked.
