La struttura si trova in pieno centro, quindi la posizione è ottima per girare Lucca a piedi. Il signor Roberto è estremamente gentile e disponibile. Appartamento Manon lescaut dove abbiamo soggiornato ben tenuto e pulito. Prezzo onesto. Lo straconsigliamo

L'appartamento è super curato e pulito. Il letto è super comodo. Grande accoglienza da parte del Signor Roberto, gestore degli appartamenti, che ci ha fatto sentire a casa. La posizione è ottima e centrale. Da consigliare vivamente! Speriamo di tornare presto.

I booked a stay with departure date 27/09/23 thas was confirmed by Casa Paolina. On 26/09/23 I received a one-sided and very last-minute cancellation without any further communication or explanation. This is NO way to treat people and certainly no manner of conducting business on a professional level, so BE WARNED !

Posizione : ottima, accoglienza : perfetta, stanze accoglienti, luminose e pulite. Check-in e check-out con ampia disponibilità. Possibilità di avvicinarsi allo stabile con l’auto, passando da Piazzale Verdi e rilasciando la targa . Grazie a Roberto

In pieno centro storico a due passi dal parcheggio. Affaccia su di una enorme piazza. Camere belle e spaziose, curate e moderne. Noi abbiamo preso un appartamento con cucina. Dotato di tutti i comfort e di aria condizionata. Personale gentilissimo e qualificato.

Come preannunciato dal titolo è stata un'esperienza eccellente, un appartamento molto comodo al centro di lucca, per chi viene con la macchina l'accesso all'albergo è vietato, bisogna parcheggiare a 5 minuti a piedi. Per la colazione ci siamo affidati ai consigli di Roberto della reception e ci siamo trovati molto beni. Location e pulizia della stanza tutto perfetto. Noi alloggiavamo in 7 in un appartamento con 3 stanze e 2 bagni. Complimenti e speriamo di vederci alla prossima passeggiata in Toscana.

This apartment has a fantastic location in the heart of Lucca's old town. Close to everything you want to see and experience. The apartment we stayed in was spacious with windows in two directions. The standard is quite simple and they are reasonably clean. There is also a small kitchen area where you can prepare your own food. However, I think the host can provide coffee and tea considering the price you pay. The service is ok but they don't have staff on site all the time which means you have to call them and it can take time to get your requests fulfilled.
