Très bel endroit Accueil chaleureux et belle maison de caractère à 10min du centre historique de Lucca. Endroit calme et agréable. Bon petit déjeuner. Accueil personnalisé en français de Chiara toujours avec le sourire. La maison possède un parking en supplément, un joli petit jardin et un hammam + salon de détente ouvert sur demande.

Accoglienza e gentilezza da parte del personale Vania e Chiara,due ragazze splendide sempre pronte a darvi consigli utili e strateggici per visitare Lucca e dintorni. Svariati piccoli disguidi di cui la struttura è ben consapevole non ultimo il non averci avvertito preventivamente della inoperativita' della SPA portano a recensire con 3 stelle questa struttura.Sarebbero potute essere di meno ma la colazione ha rimediato. Dopo essere stati ospiti di Villa fedora struttura invece di ben altro livello. Ringraziamo per il gentile omaggio🍾 ma tuttavia riteniamo che un sopralluogo preventivo da parte degli incaricati prima dell accoglienza sia fondamentale per la buona riuscita del soggiorno. Auspichiamo che questa recensione sia da intendersi come produttiva e migliorativa per il futuro.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura per 2 notti i primi giorni di gennaio 2025. Camera pulita ma abbastanza piccola, letto e cuscini molto comodi, bagno pulito e grande ma asciugamani molto piccoli e qualche luce dello specchio bruciata. La temperatura della camera non era molto gradevole, i caloriferi erano appena tiepidi e la pompa di calore ( probabilmente tarata con un limitatore) non riscaldava l'ambiente a sufficienza, per fortuna fuori non c'era freddo intenso. La televisione (marca mai sentita prima) quasi inutilizzabile per via del telecomando che non funzionava , anche con le pile nuove, se non da 30cm; WI-FI molto scarso utilizzabile solo a tratti. Personale gentile e disponibile, l'accoglienza è stata ottima anche se siamo arrivati in anticipo rispetto all'orario del check-in. Colazione nella media, locale un piccolo e anche qui, ambiente un po' freddo. Anche se ne eravamo consapevoli, non ci è piaciuto pagare il parcheggio € 10,00 al giorno, veramente eccessivo considerata la zona della struttura. Il centro storico di Lucca si trova a circa 25/30 minuti a piedi; molto bello da visitare e con molti locali carini dove si può gustare la cucina tipica e trovare prodotti artigianali toscani.

Great hotel and Location
This hotel was beautiful, very clean with a lovely outside.
The staff were very accommodating and managed to get rooms ready for our very large party so that we could leave luggage before check in.
The location is a short walk from the walls of Lucca, so a great opportunity to walk through them on the way to the inner walls.
I would recommend.
