Excellent accueil. Chambre calme, très propre, avec tout le confort nécessaire et tout plein de jolies attentions de la part de Christian. Nous avons très très bien dormi. Parking facile. La ville est à 20 mn à pied. Christian nous a donné des noms de restaurants, des conseils ... Merci !! Et Lucques est une très belle ville.

Highly recommended, large and well-kept room including welcome treat, pretzels with non-alcoholic aperitif, water, tea and coffee with coffee maker, private microwaves; the private bathroom was well maintained, clean and supplied with soap, shower gel, shampoo and bathroom linen. The owner was very friendly, helpful and gave us all the information for visiting the splendid Lucca.

I'm sorry to give a negative review to the owner first of all, we spent a day in Lucca and honestly he seemed kind and helpful, only that by answering the questions on the reviews where without commenting they evaluated the aesthetic aspect of the bathroom given as included in the room but instead external and just because I asked if breakfast was included, he twisted his words, wrote a private message saying that we are not good people just for a 6 rating review?? So one cannot express why one is insulted in private? The place was close, it was clean but there were things to improve so we can't say? Well... have a good life if it has a thousand positive reviews and three negative ones should we take it out on you and insult you? Compliments!!!

In this stay I tried two rooms out of three: very large, spacious, equipped with everything, including a coffee machine, kettle, sweets and a pleasant aperitif kit with chips and a soft drink. We enjoyed it in the small garden furnished with tables and armchairs, and embellished with small lamps and strings of solar lights. "Light" therefore in name and in fact. Both the shared bathroom and the private bathroom were very clean, equipped with dispensers with shampoo, shower gel and even conditioner. At the entrance a boiler of filtered water is always available to fill glasses and water bottles. But the real gem of this place is the courtesy of Cristian, who provided us with photos with directions to reach the property, photos to get to the center on foot, useful information for dining out or for events in Lucca. In short, very organized and always available for guests' requests. Self check-in is interesting and convenient! Highly recommended!!!! Only note (Luce is outside the walls): watch out for taxis if you have an early morning train: they don't accept reservations and 40 minutes before we didn't find even one available to get to the station.

We stayed two days and three nights in this place which was a real discovery, because it is not very easy to locate, but as soon as you find it you discover you are in a little corner of paradise! Welcoming and full of details and attentions that make you feel pampered. The very kind owner: he sent us all the directions to get to the place, to have dinner, to have breakfast and so on and so forth. Absolutely comfortable experience!

We spent 2 wonderful days in Lucca in this lovely property. We can only compliment the welcome and cleanliness, also excellent location to reach the center of Lucca even on foot with a pleasant walk. Special thanks to Cristian for his advice and hospitality, if Lucca has remained in our hearts it is also thanks to him. Highly recommended. Tested by a day in hospital, I slept in this guest house where the wonderful Cristian welcomes you in a sublime way. It was late, I hadn't had dinner and not having experience with social media, the very kind Cristian managed to get me a delicious pizza and a beer which I was able to consume in my cozy and spotless room. The shared bathroom was clean with everything you need to take a shower, soap and towels available, furthermore the structure has a well-kept and very pleasant garden. If you find yourself in Lucca, go to sleep in this beautiful and well-kept structure because it is truly worth it, especially because Cristian will certainly make your stay wonderful; I will definitely be back!!!!
