Clean, comfortable, varied breakfast menu. Need to be improved at the reception, maybe if there are many guests there can be 2 receptionists. 1 receptionist serves room reservations, so when checking in there is a long wait. Even though there are 2 unused computers and there is 1 staff who is just standing there who should be able to help with the check-in process. Also, this is the first time I have checked out and been asked for my ID card again. It's a bit complicated. Otherwise, it's very satisfying.

New hotel, very strategic location. Unfortunately the hotel towels are stained and of poor quality. The breakfast menu is varied but the taste is so-so.
