Overall good hotel, great designs and decor. Friendly staff and clen rooms. There was some construction going on and it was bit noisy, but not a deal braker since they improving area around the hotel. Entire stay an elevator was out of service and no updates on when it will be back in operations. (thinks happens)
Id stay again if I have to and hopefully they will be done with all the work thatbthis facility needed.

Hotel Astone overcharged me one nights stay. I choose to stay an additional night, when I checked out I payed the extra night at reception but unbeknown to me they had already charged my credit card through the third party I booked with. I contacted them regarding this to request a refund. Not only were they rude but they also now ignore my emails. I have tried to make a claim through the third party but I still haven't had my refund and it doesn't look like I am going to get it. Totally unacceptable treatment of a guest. The room was also very noisy as it was above the function room which was hosting a 21st Birthday party which went on to 1am. The gym was very good but the spa was dirty and the steam room and jacuzzi were not working. Also they ask you if you want breakfast when you check in, if you say yes they automatically charge you breakfast for the duration of your stay regardless of if you dine for breakfast or not. If you do choose to stay here check your credit card before you leave and be aware they charge as soon as you check in.

Nothing is wrong with this hotel!!!! The description is misleading, between the photos and reality a century has passed!! paid parking and not free, dirty common area, same dining room and for the rooms, the carpet is extremely dirty, in the bathroom the shower door no longer closes, towel and bathrobe have holes and everything is not clean… this hotel is not a 4 star and far from it!!!!!!

Very nice, comfortable, modern hotel. The room suite was great, the bathroom was very large. Very good breakfast. Parking directly in front of the hotel. I liked it. Friendly and accommodating staff. The food was very good.
