Staff and owner very friendly and helpful . Rooms are clean and beds are very comfy . Views are great . Nice kitchen and common area . This was our 6 th trip and have dates to go back next year. Resturant has great food and nice staff as well . See Katie every year . Right on the water . Can’t say enough what a wonder place it is 😊

My wife and I stayed in the starfish room for three nights. The rooms are incredibly spacious and well lit. The staff is absolutely incredible. It’s under new ownership and the Owner and staff are absolutely and positively welcoming and accommodating. The Inn is clean with comfortable beds and a community area with a full kitchen. Complementary coffee in the morning. Our room has a balcony with seating and the view is breathtaking and a perfect place to see the sunset. Directly next door is a bar and restaurant that is always busy and the food is amazing. It is also within walking distance to downtown Lubec with quaint shopping and beautiful views. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Lubec.

The Wharf used to be a nice place to stay but since they have sold the motel it is not such a good experience. The views are all it has going for it. The bed was two twins pushed together and was so uncomfortable. The motel room was next to room where laundry was being done. The workers showed up at 5:00 AM and stood on the balcony for hours with incessant loud yapping and it continued every day until 11:00 PM. The food in the restaurant was horrible and the waiter could not even take a simple breakfast order correctly (the famous potatoes are just sliced up potatoes). Not sure I would stay there again. I was exhausted by the time we left. Campobello has beautiful private areas on the ocean that you can wake up to for the same price and customs are very friendly. Not the same pleasant motel we have stayed at numerous times in the past. Sad.

We very much enjoyed our stay here. We stayed in the Seagate room and were pleased with our balcony, the access to the back decks and the views. We ate at the attached restaurant and had a great meal with a view. The community room/ kitchen is pleasant and has a nice table to view the sunrise at. We felt this Inn was quirky and fun. We walked the neighborhood and downtown, visited Campobello Island, The Roosevelt Campobello International Park and the lighthouses. We were lucky enough to see a whale breach multiple times from the shore of the island. We wish we could have stayed longer.

Very, very cool! Every room has an awesome view. They allow pets. The rooms are emasculate. The Inn On The Wharf is an old building, probably a fish processing business in its previous functionality, that is utterly charming. The staff are exceptionally kind, hospitable and accommodating. It is an amazing bang for the buck! I stayed in the "Moonrise" room. It was simple but very cool! There is a common fully equipped kitchen just down the hall from all the rooms. There is plenty of parking, however some spots are in high demand. Check-in and check-out was hassle free. They are the most accommodating folks around. If you are looking for a pool and jacuzzi, good luck finding one anywhere in Lubec. I will look forward to my next visit.
