Good location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Fast check in and out. Limited breakfast choices. The desk chair in the room couldn’t go up and was dirty (spots and hair - probably from a pet). I left my pajamas on the bed in the morning and found a note left by the cleaning lady. She apologized for not making up my bed since there was a personal item left on it. This has never happened to me before.

I will not stay here again , there is an event center right next door and we were on the 4th floor and could hear all the partying outside , yelling. Dancing , etc in the parking lot making car alrms go off multiple times ,and security was a joke . Then the AC gave out . Im still waiting for a refund

Stayed 3 nights over a week. 2 different rooms. One room was great and clean, the other was not with a bathroom door that would not close completely. Pillows are starting to be worn and probably should be replaced soon. The beds are comfortable, on the softer side, I sleep well on them so that is why I return every year for when I have to stay for an event at Tech. It has been a hassle this time to be refunded for the incidental hold that is placed on your credit card. This has left me with a sour impression of my last visit, so unsure if I will return or try another hotel next year. Our first room was great, but photos are of the second room that was not up to expectations.

We were very surprised by the type & size of room we had. The room was very spacious & well kept. The only issue we had was a slow running faucet in the bathroom. We contacted Maria at the front desk & she was quick to contact maintenance who was quick to respond to our room & fix the faucet. My wife mentioned to Maria about the tub being slippery & Maria personally brought a mat to our room to prevent slipping. The staff we delt with was very attentive. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed at this hotel last year which is why we decided to stay again. The rooms are nice and comfortable. The hallways could use some touch up paint. Our only complaint was in the bathroom. Because of it's shape, there is only one place to hang thw towel rack and unfortunately, it sticks into the path to the door. My son hit his head on it twice trying to open the bathroom door. Breakfast was good and constantly being refreshed. We will definitely stay again if we travel theough Lubbock.
