Millsap Suites by Pioneer Pocket Hotel

Nice room! Easy access! Love the room and there were no issues with the access process or the room itself. The two things that dropped my review from 5 to 4 are 1) there were no USB charging ports, 2) there wasn't even one clock. Neither is a serious issue, and everything else was excellent. I would like to suggest swapping out a few of the electrical outlets with USB-enabled outlets, and add at least a digital clock in the bedroom. I should correct the clock comment: there was a wall clock by the kitchenette, but it was non-functional (dead battery, I presume). I would definitely stay there again if/when I return to Lubbock.

The room was amazing!! I’m so glad I stayed here. The bed was comfortable. The furnishings were beautiful. The staff was accommodating and very helpful. I would stay here again and again!!

Wonderful stay! We were in town for a concert just down the street. This location was perfect. The efforts into making the room comfortable and the little things like the shower head, toiletries and mini fridge and coffee bar was wonderful! Would definitely stay there again.

Best service! Had surgery and needed something quiet and comfortable. Staff made sure we were able to come for the surgery. Second time here and hoping to try all the rooms!

Great BUT Thin Walls Such a great place! Easy, convenient and affordable. Only thing I'll say is that the walls are very thin. We could hear someone in the neighboring room on the phone and could hear the person on the other end of the call! Definitely not a deal-breaker considering it was quiet otherwise. We will stay again.
