Extended Stay America Select Suites - Lubbock - South

First off let me start by saying I APOLOGIZE TO EXTENDED STAY OF AMERICA SOUTHWEST FOR POSTING THIS ON THERE PAGE Extended stay of America South the manager is very rude and doesn't understand people situations. Rooms wasn't clean at all I was charged 2$ if I wanted clean sheets or stay two weeks. Then on April 26, 2025 I booked a room there because I been there for over a week in a half. Then I told them my situation that I don't have any family here and I have to walk to get things done to pay for my room. I try to go check in to a room I paid 53$ for to be told that I can't stay there due to late payments which is not true. If I come ask the front desk for a little extra time so I can walk and load this money on this card because it's cheaper if I book online instead of paying cash to them. Anyways I was told this after I book my room instead of being told this when I came and asked them for more time. So I couldn't stay there and the manager was gonna call the cops on me because I was standing outside with my dogs in the rain waiting for my mom to go send me money to get another room. This hotel isn't somewhere I don't wanna bring my dogs to anymore let alone bring kids there the vendor is to high and doesn't always give you your money back.

Start of a great birthday present to know my luck I would if I would have got to stay an sleep especially when I was asked what time would they be expecting me and I put 3-4am an when I get there I was told I had to be there by 1am or it was consider a no show so after driving 16 hours to find out not only did I pay for room I wasn’t even going to be able to sleep in an still had a 6 hour drive home so I just drove home
