Awful stay at this hotel. First when I walked in the guest room it did not smell clean. I walked into the bathroom and the light above the sink was broken. The toilet is gross and very dirty. The fan was loud and needs fixing. One of the towels was gray and looked dirty with a hole. The signal on the tv kept going in and out so that we couldn’t watch anything. There was no plastic bag in the ice bucket. Instead I took a plastic cup looking for ice, but the ice maker on the 2nd floor AND the first floor were broken. At least the customer service attendant was nice enough to let me have a cold bottle of water. There was no shampoo or shower gel in the shower so I had to go without that morning. The housekeeping should probably check those regularly. I was so uncomfortable staying in the hotel that I cancelled a future reservation I have there in favor of a different hotel.

Paid $ 425.00 for my stay and nothing worked I'm very disappointed will NOT recommend anyone to stay there!!

We found bed bugs in our room, room 105 and let the front desk know. Now we're afraid we brought them back with us.

The hotel is definitely dated and for the money you pay for a room you would think it would be a little better…the bed was comfortable and the air conditioner was great…the tv had 60 channels according to the guide, but you only watch 4 local channels…I definitely do not recommend the I-Hop out front, my night was spent battling a bout of food poisoning so restful sleep was not in the cards..I planned on leaving early early that morning but didn’t happen because of the earlier..
